Taco Bell - Langley

I had the worst experience at this restaurant that I've ever encountered. We ended up leaving after waiting for 10 minutes in line without anyone taking our order. It seemed like there was only one girl working there. When I asked where the manager and other staff members were, I was surprised to learn that she was actually the manager! What a poor display of management. The store was messy, there were hardly any workers, and it felt like we were visiting an empty establishment. I genuinely want to speak with the store manager about this situation, as I felt sorry for that girl. She was very kind, especially considering she was handling everything on her own in such a busy place. If the manager would like to discuss this further, I'm happy to talk over the phone.

Had KFC here...food was down right disgusting and the chicken tasted moldy . Popeyes from now on .

This is a Taco Bell KFC. They served us undercooked biscuits and spicy chicken instead of extra crispy. At least half of our order was completely unappetizing.

It's not the best Taco Bell experience I've had. The restaurant seemed a bit understaffed. Though it was somewhat clean, it had an older feel to it, and overall, it didn't compare to some of the better Taco Bells I've visited.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at Taco Bell. Was rushed while ordering, and then everything was stuffed into one bag, causing things to be crushed. AND they put a ton of ketchup in our bag instead of ANY hot sauce. Effing rip off!!
