Pizza Hut - Langley

I come in here often due to the daily meal deals pizza Hut has to offer.

I had to drive to maple ridge to pick up my Big Green Egg (google this if you don't know what this is, if your a foodie this will change your life!.

Was pleasantly surprised when I dropped in as a hungry lunch-goer to find they had a really good pan pizza sold individually. Was a little small for my liking but it Was good! So yeah - pop in and go with the dough.

Don't EVER order from this location!! Seriously!! The manager is an idiot. Order was over 30 minutes late, the driver said it wasn't his fault and was kind of rude at the door. The pizza was completely wrong and was under cooked. The manager used a bunch of different excuses such as, "we are really busy" and "you're not the only one ordering"...no kidding!! I'm also not the only paying customer. The manager was rude and is clearly not trained in customer service. Highly highly highly recommend you DO NOT order from here!!

First of all, this is not a sit-down restaurant. It's take-out/delivery only. And even at that, they are well out of their depth.I ordered online, for pickup at 5:45. I got home from work early, so I arrived at the counter slightly before 5:19 (the time on my receipt when I paid by credit card at the counter). I asked them if they could make my order early. They assured me that they could, and asked me to wait.During my wait, I saw three delivery drivers come through. These drivers all talked back to the store manager as if they were the boss. If I were managing this store (and I used to manage a pizza place so I know what I'm talking about), all three drivers would be fired for the attitude they displayed in front of customers. But the problem stems from incredibly poor management. The cooks were confused and running around like chickens with their heads cut off. And the manager was no better. No confidence or leadership whatsoever. It should take about ten minutes to make an order of four pizzas. I was not called for my order at 5:30, or at 5:40, or at 5:50. So at 5:55, I approached the manager. He stammered out that they were just coming up. I pointed out that I had a scheduled pickup for 5:45, and that I had showed up early. He had nothing to say to that.My pizzas were handed to me about two minutes later. When I got home, I found that two of them were horribly undercooked. I strongly suspect that they pulled them out early just to get rid of me when I started to complain about the wait. Either that, or they have two ovens with wildly different temperatures. In either case, no quality control whatsoever. Pizza Hut is never considered top-shelf, but this is among the worst product and service I've ever had. And from what I saw in the restaurant, it's not just a bad day. This place is poorly run.
