Burger King - Langley

Food staff were good. Unfortunately, the restaurant was filthy everything was grossly filthy. Washroom has dried spit on the inside of the door. Crackheads had the building surrounded.

Lie: I’ve double checked your order sir Cheat: i paid for the item but did not receive it Scam: owner pays for 3rd house by cheating people out of their hard earned money. People don’t bother i cant imagine what else goes on here if the ethics are so dismal.

I went thru the drive thru this evening and placed my order. 3 times I asked for hot and fresh. Unfortunately I did not check the bag when it was handed to me and erroneously believed I was getting what I ordered. I arrived home 5 min later to find cold squashed burgers that looked like they had either been made the day before or returned a couple of times. Could not even be eaten. I called them to let them know of my disappointment. They have offered to replace them on next visit. Having received cold burgers from them before I always ask for hot and fresh and have always got it. Now I am going to ask for those hor fresh burgers to be delivered for free. I will keep you posted as to the results. Perhaps if everyone who is getting these cold burgers asks for this they may improve their service. I figure it's worth a try. They used the excuse that they were busy tonight so that was the problem. So think about that...if they were just all the burgers should have been hot and fresh!!! Or do they make a bunch in the middle of the day to serve when it's busy? Come on Burger King...you used to be the best !!!

Service and management are terrible. I ordered a chocolate milk for my son as part of the happy meal I was told they don't serve milk or chocolate milk in kids meals. I said that doesn't make sense as this is part of a balanced diet. I was told to f off by one of the employees. I asked for a manager and she wasn't much better. Finally i talked to another employee who gave me the number for head office and gave us our meal

If you like ice cold food that is supposed to be warm or hot, you will love this place. Your food is always ice cold I just don’t understand matter how many times you ask for your food to be warm they never do it. Waste of time and money.
