Townhall Public House Langley

Came for Prime Rib Dinner and was so impressed by my experience. Our server, Jess, had a fantastic energy and made our experience wonderful. The main rib was fresh, hot and so delicious. We will definitely come back for more Sundays. Very recommend this facility, you will not be disappointed.

Bookfully three weeks in advance as a result of obtaining the promo advertisement “Prim Rib Special Sundays after 6pm”. Arrival at 6:30. Wait at the entrance table where big shield said "please wait to take place". Two waiters and hostess went past us without making any eye contact or giving recognition we were present. Barkeeper looked at us from behind the bar, but again no eye contact or confirmation we existed. I started wondering what to do next. When the host went to us and from halfway over the room said: “Your friends are over there” then on the back of the restaurant. Once she sat ingenious enough to discard four menus, at the time I said, "Oh I am here for the Prime Rib Special." To whom she immediately replied: “Besorgung, we are out!”. I was stupid. I said, "It's only 6:30 and your special start at 6:00. The answer was something like, yes well, you need to be early and we really don't do so much. That really didn't feel positive about this institution. When revising the menu we could not find an article along the line of a “sonnay dinner” so our party decided to go. I'm not going back. I live in this neighborhood and try to support local businesses, but would not recommend this facility. It's just a bar.

Prime Rib dinner was hard, but for $25 these days it's a lot.

The service was somewhat slow and the noise level was through the roof. We were with another couple and couldn't have a conversation. Parking is the main problem as there was nowhere to park and when we were inside it wasn't even full.

All 4 of us had the breakfast special from the brunch menu. Can't eat at home that cheap. It was great! Love the new look of the interior too.
