Starbucks - Lakeland

I love her remodel! I'm with each other day at dieucks and go between this place and the one on the socrum loop. I am here recently and can honestly say that the stand is super sweet and it is quite quiet here. the drive thru is in the regular long, but they really try to speed it up the morning by someone outside the orders.

Drinks are fine but the wait is horrible. I mobile ordered with an expected pick up of 352pm on a Sunday. They hadn't begun to make make my drinks until 411pm. I may have to find another place to get my coffee.

This is my favorite Starbucks in the Lakeland area. It's actually nice that most of the employees know you when you come in, or even, if you order online. They know I'm a little picky when it comes to how I like my coffee, but here they make sure its right. If it's not, they will fix it with no questions asked, and they dont get frustrated with you, if they do, they sure don't show it. I had to stop going to the store that was much closer to me. They NEVER could get my order right, and the difference in the employees literally was night and day. The store on Wedgwood honestly is the best and the employees are the sweetest and I really do like a lot of the kids that work here. They're all very respectful. This speaks volumes about this company or the manager that runs this store. They seem happy and take pride in their job and they go out of their way to get to know you as a customer. It's hard to find that these days. Please be patient with them if it's busy, they honestly are doing the best they can and the fastest. Make sure you go by and you will see what I am talking about.

This is a nice Starbucks to plug in your pc and hang out all day. It gets extremely cold here so bring a jacket and wear pants.No shade for your car here at all is a major drawback for me.Traffic pattern is odd due to the drive-thru lane that stacks up cars right in front of the door entrance and sometimes you have to wait for cars in the drive-thru to move out of the way just to park right in front of the entrance or even to back out. So I give only 4 stars because of this traffic design flaw.The backs of the padded bench seating here I have not seen before but are very ergonomically comfy. Starbucks should use this style in all of their new stores.

This is the most inconsistent Starbucks I have ever visited . The drinks always come out different, the sandwich I purchased today is hard as a rock . The don’t take instructions properly, then they get mad when you are advising them of a problem . They have no customer service etiquette. They are just horrible! Sad to say cause I love Starbucks!!
