Son'z at Swan Court - Lahaina

Stayed at the Hyatt for a week and was told that Son 'z is the place to go for a steak dinner. Everything about the experience ranks in the okay world but its very expensive and we were never asked if we wanted more drinks, kind of odd considering the margin that comes with wine and cocktails. Kids chicken dinners were very heavy on the rosemary. My wife ordered a salad fearing that the kids would not like their entree 's one was eaten, one was not so she was wise in doing so. I ordered a steak with the lobster add on steak was okay, lobster was over cooked. I could live with most of this but the steep price really hurts. Even worse, everyone was gassy for the next few days common link, we all at the asparagus. Total drag during a Maui vacation. By far the most expensive dinner on our trip and by far the worst dinner on our trip. Very disappointing.

Excellent drinks and menu. Outdoor type dining. Location is more difficult to get to. Excellent wine by the glass selection.
