Moku Roots - Lahaina

We are two nights to dinner here. in the first night I have the coconut noodle bowl. it was good, but I enjoyed the reubs I got at the second. her buffalo flower cabbage was also really good. I would have eaten a whole bowl of it and was happy! they have thai ice cream is also delicious. not too sweet, but good!

We had an excellent dining experience with a variety of healthy vegan options. The food was so delicious that we returned for dinner twice during our week in Maui. We really appreciate their commitment to reducing environmental impact and using local ingredients.

Everything was delicious, and it's the most eco-conscious restaurant I've ever visited. The freshly baked bread was fantastic, and they pack their items in banana leaves to minimize waste! This place is a must-visit while enjoying the beautiful island of Maui, especially considering the glowing review from September 18, 2022.

The menu is well-designed and offers some unusual yet interesting options. Inside, the atmosphere can be quite loud, but the outdoor seating is enjoyable, complete with sunshades.

Hands down one of the best restaurants I’ve been to. We tried many things and I didn’t feel sick or like I ate too much. I love the zero waste part, but if you get things like the noodles it might be harder to get takeaway for your left overs. If you’re on Maui I definitely recommend making your way here.
