I had the pork belly with tomatoes and onions, and it was incredible. I actually left Fleetwood’s because their lunch menu was uninteresting. Just looking at Jayboy’s photos convinced me to give this place a try. If you’re on the island, make sure to visit your local food truck— that’s where you’ll find the real flavor! The crispy pork belly is absolutely delicious! I returned for a second visit just to enjoy this dish again. The staff at this food truck were very friendly. They accept credit cards, and you can call ahead to place an order. There are a few picnic tables available if you'd like to eat on-site. I would definitely recommend it!

It takes a bit of time for your order to be served, but it's definitely worth the wait. The fried lumpia was delicious. There are some tables in front of the truck where customers can sit while waiting for their food.

I waited until I got back to my resort in Kaanapali to open my box of goodies, and when I did, it was pure bliss! Every bite was incredible—so good that I didn't even think to take more photos; the only shot I managed was of the box when I first opened it! I devoured every last morsel, and I know this place will be on my mind until I can return. For anyone visiting Maui before I get back, do yourself a favor and indulge in the fried pork belly (lechon kawali)!
