Wish to convey my DISAPPOINTMENT on How your Service crew RUSHING out to prepare Take Home Orders... Then Caught by Surprise when you arrive home with a Food you PAID for which was Distastefully and Disgusting Prepared!!! It also shows that there is POOR Command Management by your Shift and Branch Managers and Greatly Depreciated STANDARDS... Please Ensure also that you have Sweeteners at all times... Bought this Jolly Hotdog at your National Highway Dadiangas East Branch here in General Santos City on May 6, 2023 10:58PM...

This is a typical fastfood restaurant in the fashion of McDonalds. However, at least they utilize spices when they Cook. Their chickenjoy was truly spicy and their simple burgers are also spicy, but the bun of the burger is typically white flavourless bread.

There have been good developments and bad developments in the last several years at Jollibee in General Santos (an 2019 update . ..... The Good Their Supermeals. These inexpensive combinations of items from its menu are a good addition to its offerings. There are A, B, and C Supermeals. Most outstanding is Supermeal A, which provides spaghetti, a piece of chicken, beaf steak, rice and a drink for about 150 pesos, The other Supermeals are less expensive with fewer ingredients. Supermeals in other places in the Philippines can have different items assembled in them, but I most admire Supermeal A being sold in General Santos. Amazing Aloha Yumburger. The yumburger by itself is rather tasteless, and for some reason does't taste like beef. The Amazing Aloha Yumburger however is a vastly upgraded tasty sandwich, with a Yumburger patty, pineapple, bacon, mayonnaize, and several other ingredients combined together in one sandwich. ..... The Bad. Chicken. Jollibee chicken had a well deserved reputation for tender chicken among Jollibee customers. Unfortunately the quality of Jollibee chicken in General Santos has gone down in the last year or two. Now their chicken is okay, but no more than this. I have tried their chicken at most Jollibee locations in General Santos and have found this true of all of these now. (I do not know what Jollibee chicken is like elsewhere in the Philippines. Since Jollibee is a popular restaurant for its inexpensive filipino food, this however is understandably still being ordered by customers there. Champ Hamburgers. I have been a great fan of their high quality beef champ sandwiches, but alas, there are no longer available. Admittedly these were expensive for Jollibee and so not a popular selection among customers. However, the champ sandwich was on Jollibee's menu ten years ago, then was dropped, but came back again after several years. And so while this is gone now again, it may return again to its menu later.

Great fast food, much more authentic than Mc Donalds and really nice people there to look after your party!

Service is sometimes a little slow but bater than you average fast foods .have eaten there several times .probably twice a month average . its OK
