We went to Le Bec Rouge for dinner last night, staying over in Paris in Montparnasse for three days on the slow way back from Italy to the States.

Simple Alsatian fare served quickly. Excellent LIVE JAZZ!! If you feel an earthquake, it's probably the Metro.

Came here because of positive reviews re: food and service, even to Americans. The food was good We had foie gras, sea bass, and ribs.

Enjoyed a quiet (we were one of two couples that evening) late dinner. Excellent service, food freshly prepared and delicious. Would return.
