Jimmy John's - Knoxville

Not fast at all. Average delivery time is over 1 hour. Ordered at 11:23 am. Got my food at 12:42 pm and still missing my drink.

Came in on October 29 at 1 am, the line was crazy but the team did a fantastic job of staying calm and collected despite multiple drunk and rowdy customers. The team deserves a raise. The sandwich was delicious and made exactly to order even in the chaos of people being impatient and drunk trying to climb over the counter to get the managers attention.

Ordered food for delivery at midnight. After waiting 2.5 hours and tried calling multiple times. I assumed that I would not be receiving my delivery. I noticed that they had refunded me my money but nobody ever called to tell me that they were unable to fulfill my order. This is very unprofessional and unacceptable. I will not be ordering from them again. Very disappointed.

False advertising. See for yourself in my pics. $15 plus tip and tax. They must not want repeat customers.

Cashier was incredibly rude. Food was made INCORRECTLY. Wouldn't even make a sandwich into a regular wrap even though other Jimmy Johns have no issue doing so. I would avoid this place. There's better sandwich shops with nicer employees.
