He really loved the customer service. Every person I met was kind. Order was right. Eat hot. Many people have managed to reach the line quite quickly.
I ordered two boneless wing combs. Both where cold. Barely has sauce on them. My fries were so tender. I called and complained to a manager named krystal and she didn't care. She told me I should have saved the food and brought it back. This place is great if you don't eat again. I'm very upset about how I was treated. I could have spent my money everywhere. That's the second time I had a problem with this place, but I'm complaining. I won't be out of 25% from my next order or a remake of an article. My order must be made by a manager. You'd think after 30 minutes waiting, your food would be fresh. Your franchise must be held responsible for errors there. People spend hard earned money there while Covid at your location.
If I could set zero stars, I would be absolutely. I ordered 2 fried salads and received all the wrong order. I spoke to a manager who advised to come in to replace it. when I arrived, I was told that b/c was more than 7 days, it would not be honoured anymore. I was recommended by one person, they would spend 50% and then by another they would spend 10%. I then spoke with the general manager court futrell, in which he very nastily explained that he "no honoring it. he was rude, dissatisfied and lacked in customer service skills for which zaxby 's is known. I am appalled that he is the general manager and sincerely hope that his negative behavior does not rub on his employees! I am completely concerned about his approach and lack of ability to solve this problem, that was the mistake of zakby in knightdale!
Since only drive thru is open the line looks long, but it moves fast. Good service and great food.
