A Place At The Table - Raleigh

I have eaten here a couple of times. The food has been delicious. The pricing is in line with the amount of food I received. The staff and volunteers always seem to be smiling and I feel like everyone here is genuinely happy. The concept is awesome and I believe they are doing an amazing service for people.

The food at APATT is amazing...the chai waffles were to die for! The concept is wonderful and I am so glad that a “pay what you can” restaurant has come to downtown Raleigh. It’s a must try for everyone!!!

I recently had lunch here and it was really good. The staff are all volunteers. When paying for your meal, kindly tip so someone that cannot pay, will get to eat as well. Read about this non-profit.

Love the fried green tomato toast and full espresso bar !! not to mention amazing staff and the whole restaurant concept.

Finally got to check out APATT, and it did not disappoint. The food was fresh, flavorful you could tell that it was prepared with loving care. My panini was beautifully plated, when I asked if turkey could be added to it (it was their caprise) the said of course! And, although I specifically asked for them to charge me for it, they refused. The dill pickle chips were yummy, as was my fresh fruit cup. I love the mission of this place, the passion of the staff, volunteers patrons who dupport it. The decor fits the neighborhood the vibe is fun upbeat. I’m looking forward to giving away the meal tokens...it’s nice to have something helpful at the ready when approached or if I see someone who appears in need. Such a great idea. Looking forward to becoming a regular...and I live in Durham!! Maybe someday there will be APATT Durham, too!!
