Taco Bell/Kentucky Fried Chicken

Delicious as always, but when did taco bell becomes so expensive? 3 chalupa tacos and 3 burritos for $30. before we know, we will make reservations at a taco bell directly from demolition.

The lobby was dirty, with no employees working to clean or refill the napkin stations. Some tables had cheese and leftover food from previous customers. The men's restroom was also dirty, with a disgusting floor covered in urine and toilet paper, as well as urine on the toilet seat. No employees had cleaned it within the hour we were there. Our food order was correct, but a woman who ordered online had to wait for her food, even though the app showed it was ready. The staff claimed they had forgotten about it, which was disappointing. The lobby was not cleaned or attended to at all during our visit, with no table cleaning or refill stations. The kitchen area seemed to have the same cleanliness issues as the lobby and restroom. Overall, I was very disappointed with this restaurant and would give it a 2 out of 5 rating, with no plans to return unless improvements are made. The food was decent quality and reasonably priced, but the lack of cleanliness and attention to detail was a major drawback.

Always fast service and courteous. I always order stuff without meat as I am a vegetarian,and so far they have never messed up my order which means a lot to me.

Absolutely impossible to get my order right. Every single time we go through taco bell in kilgore texas, they get the order wrong. 100% fail.
