Whataburger - Kilgore

Super fast service, very friendly staff, warm and tasty meal, and very clean lobby. Was a very beautiful experience when I stopped during the trip from Georgia. I wish I could take this place home with me.

We stopped on Sunday night 6/26 just before the end of the lobby, although we did not recognize that at the time. Usually we just use the drive. We had waited a little bit for our order, but soon realized that there were only 2 people there this night, a petite caucasian woman and an African-American man. Our order was delivered to us at our table by Koch, who apologized for waiting. We didn't tell him to worry, looks like they were shorthanded. Our orders were correctly and perfectly assembled, not only thrown together. Both were polite and professional. We drove away, we saw that there were several cars in the ride. These 2 did a fantastic job and worked seamlessly to take care of the jobs. You should both be rewarded with a paid day. Great job! We'll stop here again!

On a trip to dinner. Poor old sportsman was nice to see.

These were by far the most beautiful and beautiful Whataburg restaurants I've ever visited... and it's attached to a gas station! There is rock and roll-decor and 50's music and the whole place is like a 50's diner. The staff was super friendly and the service was fast and efficient. I highly recommend this place!

Maybe the best whataburger I have been to in years. Service was exceptional, lady at the front very polite and working hard. Food came out amazingly fast and and was on point. I worked at Whataburger when I was 16 long time ago and got lots of service awards including the 95 plus club so I hold whataburger stores to high standards and this one is excellent!
