Bodacious Bar-B-Q - Longview

We flew 240 miles to eat here because it's so good. I have often eaten here in the past when I traveled for work and decided to fly in this last visit for pleasure. eating was excellent as always. I have a 3-meat plate that came with 2 sides plus free bonning. they also have tweepers, pickles, etc. for customers as well. the portions are huge and eating was even better than I remembered. the personal was friendly and the esarea was very clean.

Her braut is amazing! her BBQ sauce is so good, I felt like drinking it. this is easy with and hits the big bbq places around dfw. not only in taste, but also in value. we will definitely return the 2 hours drive. additionally bonus if they go a few to them vacuum they seal!

The grill was great! the brisket was delicate with exactly the right amount of smoke taste during each bite. everything we had was just delicious. also the customer service was excellent. we drove by dallas to eat in this bodacious. it was worth the ride.

Great place! Our friends brought us here for lunch. that is one of the places where they eat. friendly staff! my picky eater enjoys the ripening, although he is not a rib lover.

Another Texas Monthly joint down. I’m now at 20 places out of the 50. This one definitely lived up to the hype of the #4 ranked place in Texas. The brisket was so succulent. The sausage had a sweetness to it. Almost like a breakfast sausage. The Dr. Pepper Pork Belly Burnt ends we’re amazing and could have been a dessert on its on with how sweet it was. The turkey was moist. My only disappointment was finding out they no longer serve the Toffee Bacon Candy. It left when Scott left. Sad day. Bodacious (specifically this one) is worth going to.
