Huddle House - Kilgore

Awful. Food came out wrong. When it was served, never asked if we needed/wanted anything. I had a waffle. Syrup would have been nice. Never saw anyone until she brought me the bacon I asked for. Waited. Waited. Waited. Asked for manager. Never in my life have I been talked to like that from a MANAGER. So rude. We came here as a 2nd time, remembering how great the 1st visit was. It was the complete opposite. I will never be back. Awful. Awful. Awful.

I had a wonderful experience at the restaurant yesterday with a young Samoan named Christ. He was very friendly and attentive. He greeted me, washed his hands, and prepared my food. It was my first visit, and I was impressed by the professionalism and the warm atmosphere. He even encouraged me to write this review. I'll definitely be returning!

I had a great experience at this restaurant! The lobby and bathroom were clean, and there was no long wait time. My server, Chris, made my visit even more enjoyable; he was also the chef! The food was fresh, and everyone was very friendly. I will definitely be back soon!

Jennifer was an outstanding server. She was incredibly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was excellent, especially the chocolate cake!

For most ladies on the morning crew in this facility, they are wonderful and have made every experience here amazing for me and mine man, but today afternoon on the 1st. juni came to eat for my man and I paid. the rude black lady didn't let me get the free waffel, even though I bought his escape. she rolled her eyes on us, and came up with everyone saying not to give us that wad. that brings the worst taste in my mouth, and I will never eat again in another Huddle house.
