The Burleigh - KENNEBUNK

We had happy hour cups at the bar that were very good. house wine not so much. we had reservations for a table later for the birthday of my wife, which was given in advance. the personal has not recognized their special day, even if we have ordered a dessert. it was like I forgot her birthday. the personal could train better, as everyone in the service industry knows, it is about the experience of the gastes. ours was only o.k we were in the Kennbunkport that was our second time there.

The lighting was so bright, like eating in a cafeteria. The piano player was so loud we couldn’t talk to each other. The bar tender who was lovely, seemed to be doubling as the waitress and the bartender. Food was average. Overall, we were disappointed.

Very disappointed in this restaurant! Drinks very expensive for what you received. The waiter was new and didn’t know much about service! The food was not all all what we expected… it was very salty! I mentioned it was my birthday… but nothing was done about it… not even a small dessert! Would not recommend it!

This was one of the best meals we have ever had. I highly recommend the Seafood risotto! Phenomenal taste!!!
