Fantastic experience looking of the city of Amsterdam. Beautiful view, beautiful food, fantastic service. The restaurant is in a secret room with a secret menu, you don't know what your eating until it comes, can choose from 3 courses to 6/7 courses with or without a selection of drinks. If you choose the option with drinks they aren't shy on the glasses of wine they give you, with the waiter explaining each wine and it's taste for each meal. At first you think it's expensive but it's worth it for the beautiful food, the experience and you only end up spending what you would spend on an evening out in town and you spend the whole evening in the restaurant with the choice of ending your evening in floor 17 cocktail bar. I had special dietary requirements and the waiter was more than happy to help again explaining both my partner and my meal and how they were different due to my diet. Fantastic experience would 100% stay at this hotel and dine in the restaurant again.

What an experiance! It's a beautiful place and the staff are very friendly and helpful, the roof top terrace is amazing with breathtaking veiws will defiantly be returning.

The perfect touch: the food and the wines and the service. The easy going professionalism translates into very good food . The califlower is on my top 5 list. The combination of the salmon with the 'Waltraud ' riesling of Torres is extremely good, grazie Maurits. I will most certainly be back.

Great food. Great beer. Great view. Great staff. I will definitely return next time I'm in Amsterdam.
