De Zeeuw - Haarlem

The third time in de zeeuw and it gets better each time. a small but perfectly decorated restaurant where they have enough private sphere to talk freely with their companions without being a last for other customers. eating is exquisite with excellent oriented from the best local seasonal products. that is something else that other restaurants can learn from. each dish was a joy and a feeling bud on the taste. the chef jeroen also took time to come and explain some of the dishes that my guests who traveled from Scotland loved. the staff is very pleasant and efficient without being obtrusive, which is a huge plus to enjoy a night. in de zeeuw you can relax and enjoy your evening. Too many restaurants today they feel tied to a certain time slot before the next guest arrives. at de zeeuw they can enjoy the food and the society of their fellow human beings without the feeling of simply being seen as a source of money. if they are looking for a special night in hairy where eating is sensational and they are very welcome, then de zeeuw is the place for them.

Absolutely divine. had the most heavenly devastating menu in de zeeuw and every single dish was to die. presentation on point, aromen in contrast to everything I had ever tried, and the matching wee were a fantastic combination. chef jeroen really knows what he does and his personal could not be more beautiful. we had such a wonderful evening.

Was recommended by a friend of a friend and was told to go fast, get a table will be crazy as soon as they get their Michelin star. we are intrigued, we went on Wednesday and we have booked our next visit. You could say it was good. the menu had a beautiful variety, we have made table zero and must see each dish carefully prepared. my favorites were to begin the pumpkin, the sea bass with nori, and janine 's wine/drink pairing rounded the wonderful experience. cannot wait to return to a Sunday session!

This is really the best restaurant in Amsterdam or Haarlem. The food was exquisite and the wine couples incredible. The ambience was magical and the place trendy, but not pretentious at all. A very special thank you from us, as my wife has a heavy nut and peanut allergy, but none of them was a problem because they only tailored their dishes for them. She even had to eat the dessert that was the perfect end of a perfect meal. Great job guys, well done! Go on!
