Mcdonald's - Jacksonville

The food wasn't bad just a little heavy on the sauce. I ate in the parking lot and when I was finished I went inside to use the bathroom feeling like I was being followed. There were no staff in the lobby when I walked in but, while I was in the bathroom washing my hands the sink doesn't dispense water unless you hold down the know with one hand, the soap dispenser was broken with a bottle of soap open and the sink was pretty dirty. I was then greeted in the bathroom by an employee inside the bathroom, went outside and then it was like the whole staff migrated to the lobby. There were like 6 including what looked like a larger male manager. Coincidence? Maybe, uncomfortable? Absolutely...other than that I didn't have an issue until I went inside.

You know what I hate is when I know how your system works you're trying to save on your times I don't give a c about your times you don't park us when you have the food ready but because you don't want the time to go up because it's a busy time you park us

Always long lines in the evening.. super busy.. staff is friendly..

I have never had an issue like this before and I don't typically write reviews, but this is the second time it has happened. I ordered a cheeseburger with extra pickles and requested it be well done with extra salt. However, my sandwich only had one pickle and barely any ketchup, and my fries were served cold.

This restaurant has very poor quality. The wait times are long and it is very uncomfortable. I highly recommend avoiding this place at all costs.
