Our server, Sonny R., was very kind and welcoming. We really enjoyed our food, there was a lot to take home. The manager, Rick, stopped by a few times to check on us and also helped get some plates out of our way. We were very pleased and cannot wait to go back! Thank you Sonny Rick for a 5 star experience!
Staff was very friendly and accommodating from the hostess to the waiter. Our waiter Nick was very attentive and professional. Even the food runner was friendly. Every thing we ordered was hot, fresh and delicious. We will be back!
My family and I went out to eat on Christmas Eve, and I wanted to give a huge shout-out to the manager, Josh. He was by far one of the best managers I have seen in the service industry. He noticed a problem at our table and acted on it quickly. Josh communicated that the kitchen did not send out acceptable steaks. My steak was super salty when the food came out, and two other steaks at the table were overcooked. His customer service was incredible, but his work ethic should not go unnoticed. He was out with the servers, running food and drinks to their tables and bussing tables on Christmas Eve with a smile, a warm heart, and a perfectly timed joke to make you chuckle and smile. ALL managers in the food industry should use Josh as a role model and strive for his work ethic and dedication to the brand and its customers.
Great food at affordable prices. The ribs were tender and juicy. Although it's a chain, the steaks, ribs, and chops served at our table were excellent.
The ribeye steak was a little tough, but the salmon was outstanding, and the salad was crisp and fresh.
