Little Caesars - Indian Trail

I have been coming to this place for many years and it is always consistently good eating and consistently good service. Finally I had the half pfefferoni and half bread sticks pizza and it was delish!

The food at this restaurant was decent for a cheap and quick pizza option. The staff was friendly, and I received my order promptly. However, I would not recommend using the restroom as it was quite dirty. On a positive note, I noticed a sign reminding employees to wash their hands, which may reassure some customers about the cleanliness of the kitchen. Overall, it was an okay dining experience.

Afterwards, they serve the most terrible pizzas. Every time they promise a 10 minute wait, it actually takes 30-40 minutes and I have to constantly check on my order. The customer service isn't terrible, but it takes ages for them to deliver the pizza. And the pizzas themselves don't even look appetizing! They're all mushy, like a child made them. I would definitely not recommend buying from this place.

Both times we went to this restaurant, it took a long time to receive our orders. I understand that pizza places can get busy (I used to work at Little Caesars myself), but it shouldn't take 30 minutes to receive our pizza after the manager assured us it was in the oven and would be out soon. 30 minutes later, our orders were finally ready. This means we didn't get to enjoy our pizza fresh, as it had been sitting for so long without an apology. It was disappointing that both times we waited over 30 minutes when we were told the pizza would be ready soon. I recommend going to another pizza place nearby instead.

This is HANDS DOWN the best little Caesars pizza place I ever had with! ALL of the young men who work here are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, polite and go the extra mile to satisfy customers with no problem!! The pizza is always hot n ready, the specialties are excellent and fast as well! I will go out my way just to go to DIESER LOCATION, especially because of customer service! Keep the big work! I would definitely recommend DIESES LOCATION if you were in the mood for Quick, Non-Expensive, Chain Pizza place where the staff did not disappoint!
