Dirty Skillet - Hope

Great place to eat. The burger I got had a great beef taste and texture. I guess they grind the meat and it was great. All apps were good and the whole beer on the tap is great. A fat spoon area, but also great vegan options for my vegan friends. Live music, friendly service and a blueberry rhubarb I can make all week for a great meal.

Nice place to stop and drink. Children loved the pond and the ducks swim in it. The four outdoor tables had a fire in the middle. There were also some high tables at the bar. Nice quick service. The cookie house made ice cream. The rice balls were expensive, but I'm sure a lot of work and they tasted so good. I wish I had tried more of the food.

A hidden jewel in Hope, Alaska! Great food, great atmosphere and great service! The burger was one of the better burgers I ever had and the rice balls were great! Had an amazing ice dessert called Stoner's Delight. They had a sweet dog that turned around and fire pits in the middle of the table. Great drink selection too! A must to visit when in the area!

Great place for dinner with beautiful live music in the outdoor seating area. Kid friendly walking with dogs, large common fire tables (not illuminated as it was beautiful tonight). The D Burger was huge with skin-close frites, guacamole, tomatoes, a whole jalapeño on Top Picky! Crab cakes were delicious, but with a purifying consistency, and Ceasar salad was good. Peanut buttercake was great! Next time we try the chicken sandwich and the hummus!

Very cosy place with live music on certain days. The food was delicious as well as choice of beer and artists. Tip: Get the ice cream as a dessert even when you are full. Totally worth it! Looks like mud but tastes like cinnamon.
