I would have hung around the truck a little more if it wasn 't so cold outside. The menu is short and pretty easy to understand off the side of the truck. The price is a bit steep imo but the flavor is there. The Le Burg burger was pretty yummy. My bro got it with bacon and I would definitely pay the extra charge for that. It was pretty greasy and in no time the lower half of the bun was falling apart. I got the salmich with is a salmon patty burger. My lady is not much into salmon but she really liked this burger. The tomatoes on the salmich really help to bring out some sweet taste in the salmon. It 's not the neatest of food to eat but they do taste very good. The truck also offers some cool looking fish tacos. All in all this was a pretty cool food truck, the only one of which I found in town. Haha. There options are unique and the taste is great.
THE BEST FOODTRUCK IN HOMER. I am a seasonal regular and this is my go to place. The Asian infusion and perfection of taste across the menu are far above a 10! My favorite is the salmich to die for and the Korean bulgogi tacos. But I've tried everything and you will never be disappointed. The prices are right and the couple are very down to earth and friendly support local and grab your lunch bite here. If you happen to catch a special homemade brew of wild rose lemonade, it's just pure magic. Get their soups to go! I don't even need to ask what it is. Everything is that delicious. A thousand stars to this amazing food truck!!! The only disappointment I have is when they're closed :
Le truck was our favorite lunch while in Homer! My boyfriend said that Le Burg is one of the top five burgers he's ever eaten. I had a fish taco and a Bulgagi taco. The Bulgagi was unique and put a Korean spin on a taco but was a little heavy on the sauce. The fish taco was out of this world good. The best fish taco I've ever eaten. We got some noodles just to try another dish but they weren't that impressive why get noodles when you can have le burg or fish taco?? We were just visiting but my family lives in Homer and visits Le burg regularly. They said hours can be difficult and they're not always open. There are also only two picnic tables between Le truck and a BBQ truck that they seem to share so not a lot of seating but it's a food truck what do you expect. If you're in homer and looking for a lunch spot make sure to check out Le truck. Update: two years later we spent three days trying to go back but they were never open! Finally they opened for lunch at 1:40 right before the farmer's market opened on Wednesday. It seems like they are only open when farmer's market is open. That's very frustrating. Food was still good but losing points/stars for bad hours and never being open!!
Ordered two tacos one salmon and one rockfish. I preferred the sweet and spicy flavors of the salmon. They were both good. If you do not like spice ask them to leave off the sauces or whatever it is that is spicy but I liked the kick.
Had the rock fish tacos and they were incredible. Being from San Diego I have had a lot of fish tacos but these were hands down the best!
