Zero Otto Uno - Hoboken

We had a really terrible experience after we had several excellent meals here before. while the two plates we received were delicious, the service was shockingly bad: they lied about as the appetizer came wrong, the half of our table received their meals while we were sitting there waiting and not a server came by to check for 30 minutes until the other two were done, we had still got our meals because they were given to another table. honestly, mistakes happen, but not a coworker came by to apologize for the several mistakes and waiting times, in which did the host instead curse us telling us what happened normal for the restaurant. if that is true, there will be more and more reviews like these. very disappointing and an experience that we hope to never have anywhere else.

Service was bad, our waitress was so new that I had to repeat Spagettj Vongole, since she did not know the menu….Then the pasta came out and it was bad, they claim fresh clams (only 4 of them) and the rest was canned tough clams, pretty awful considering a $25 price…. The best thing of the entire meal was the bread (pizza dough) and oil, and they brought this to the table when we were almost finished with our meal…

Food was outstanding very fresh and tasty. Wait staff was friendly and attentive high recommend for a low key but high quality dinner

Small and cozy for a business meeting where conversation was easy because of the low noise level even though it’s on a busy street. Food was excellent and the portion size was just right. Overall excellent experience. BYOB though…
