Przekaż informację zwrotnąJust came to this place to get a roast beef sandwich , the only reason for the two stars is because the guy made my sandwich pretty good, I went to pay and the lady didn’t even tell me the price, I asked how much is was and she told me the price, I then asked for my receipt and she said “too late, you should have asked me for a receipt first” I looked at her puzzled and told her I wanted a receipt, she almost made it seem like I was inconveniencing her by asking. Unfortunately this will be my last time coming here, it’s a shame because some people have no people skills: I’m actually sitting in my truck eating my sandwich right now outside the place writing this review. People skills are more valuable than good food Lisa’s, adios
I was excited to try this restaurant since I had heard so many good things about it and it came highly recommended to me. However, I was disappointed with their breakfast. The steak was tough and the sandwich lacked flavor. I would be willing to pay more for a higher quality steak. The bread and eggs were the highlights of the meal. Perhaps I just chose the wrong dish this time. I plan to give this place another chance for lunch soon, as their pasta and sandwiches looked promising.
The replacement at Lisa's Deli is rude and has been turning away long-time customers. I have been coming to Lisa's for 14 years because the food is delicious and the deli staff is fantastic. However, today I went to ACME Deli to make a sandwich because the new employee, an angry blond woman, was incredibly unpleasant. When I called, she immediately snapped that there was a one-hour wait. I agreed and was put on hold. When she finally returned to the phone, she told me it was too busy and suggested I call back later. In person, she is just as dismissive, ignoring customers and choosing to focus on tasks that she deems more important. One day, she even insisted on sweeping when there was nothing to clean up. Dana, the previous employee, was kind and attentive, remembering customers' orders and having them ready within 10-15 minutes. She genuinely cared about her customers. This new employee has been around for a while now, and her lack of concern for customers is evident.
Wow! I have been going to this restaurant for a few years now. I recently called to place an order for pickup, and the person who answered said, "Lisa's, how can I help you?" When I asked to place an order for pickup, she rudely responded, "umm no, we're kinda busy" and slammed the phone down. Needless to say, I will not be returning and will make sure to tell my coworkers about this experience.
I walked in your deli today and there’s a very rude mexican lady working at the counter. She didn’t even acknowledge me when I walked in. She was busy looking at a tablet. You need moré friendlier people at your counter.
