The food is so good! It reminds me of when I was in my early twenties working in Hoboken and having a bagel in the morning. It was always my favorite thing. Check this place out! Menu is awesome!

Awful service, don’t stay open 24 hours without providing consistent service. My boyfriend was waiting to order while the lady was counting her register, she then told him “i have to count money” and my boyfriends said “i know” she then proceeded with “then dont look at me.” can’t believe someone would be that disrespectful. You need to remember the age old adage,”The customer is always right!” I get it you feel like it’s an attack on you way of life, it’s your store, your lively hood. Bad ratings and comments hurt your business, However, blaming the customer never is the answer, take responsibility of your workers, apologize, and keep it moving. You have loyal customers, and some people that are disappointed, all your doing is keeping the disappointed ones away and they could be potential loyal customers. Instead of saying hey I’m so sorry to hear that, why don’t you come in, and I’ll personally make what u ordered, and this time it’s on the house. I recently visited a bagel restaurant in Hoboken NJ and had an outstanding experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly smiles and impeccable service. The staff were so kind and attentive, making me feel right at home.But the best part was definitely the bagels. I've had my fair share of bagels in my lifetime, but these were something else entirely. They were perfectly toasted on the outside and deliciously soft and chewy on the inside. I could tell they were freshly made with high-quality ingredients, and the flavors were just exquisite.Not only that, but the staff's professionalism and kindness made the experience all the more enjoyable.Overall, I would highly recommend this bagel restaurant to anyone in the Hoboken area looking for a delicious and enjoyable breakfast or lunch experience.
