Centennial Steakhouse-zia Park Casino

The food severely lacked seasoning, steaks were far over temp and the restaurant was out of food listed on the menu. I ordered a medium rare bacon wrapped filet mignon, which came out as a medium well filet with bacon bits on top. The mac and cheese literally had no flavor. The soup came without the avocado listed, of which I was told the restaurant was out. My date also ordered a medium rare steak and received a steak with no pink interior. The best part of this meal was the bread. For what we received, this was barely worth the cost of our bottle of wine.

This was our 1st time to dine here. Everything was great only thing I had requested no Sour Cream on Potato Skins and there was plenty of it. /I'm allergic to it/ I didnt make a fuss about it, just hopefully they can it done right in the kitchen.

Our experience at your steakhouse was excellent! We were there to celebrate 38 years of marriage the waitress was a beautiful person!!

We went New Years 7pm for dinner,we loved the service and the look of the steak house,but the food just did not turn out very good.my wife of 46 years had a bake potato that was hard in the middle and could not eat,also my steak was so tuff that I could not even cut it with a knife and could not eat,I told the hostess when she came around and she said we will do better next time.I think to be fair we should be comped two meals to try this again.We go to Zia Park often and think the comp would be right.
