Long John Silver's - Hobbs

The restaurant was very clean, and the staff was friendly. I ordered the lobster bites and a chicken tenders meal, and everything was delicious. It was a 5-star experience! Thank you again!

Long John silver's used to be a great place to eat even thru the drive but now they serve you the oldest fish. It used to be a great place.

Absolutely NOBODY line yet I've been sitting here waiting to order for almost 7 minutes.... Said hello and they just say in a minute. If they were busy I would understand catching up but really NOBODY has been here now I see why they are always soempty..

This restaurant really needs assistance... First of all, the customer service is lacking. I stood at the counter while the employees engaged in their own conversations. Then, to make matters worse, my order was incorrect. I ordered fish but received chicken instead, and it was overcooked to the point that I had to throw it away. I've dined at this franchise before, but this location is hands down the worst. I won't be returning. I wanted to share a photo, but unfortunately, I was unable to.

The service was good, but the food tasted like it had been left over from the previous day. I arrived right when lunch started, hoping for something fresh, but that was a mistake I won't repeat.
