Pacific Rim - Hobbs

Atmosphere was great. Fantastic service. Great Sushi. Definitely a great place to get to business with new or existing partners and clients alike. Very roomy with a professional waiting Staff.

Wow, the food was absolutely amazing, but the staff truly stood out as exceptional. During my work trip, I dined here every night for three nights, and the warm welcome I received made all the difference. Bella, my hostess, went above and beyond to ensure I felt at home; she even created a list of local places for me to explore. My waiter, Robert, was a delight and made sure everything was perfect with my meals. Charlie made it a point to stop by each evening to check on me and express his gratitude for my visit. He even surprised me with a beautiful rose and wished me a happy Mother's Day. The culture and atmosphere fostered by the staff made my experience truly special, and I can't wait to return to Hobbs soon.

During my recent visit, I encountered unprofessional behavior from Kim, the manager on duty. She displayed a lack of understanding of the laws regarding ADA service animals. When I refused to share my service animal card, which contains personal medical information, she attempted to violate my HIPAA rights and denied us service. I informed her of the only legitimate question she is allowed to ask, which is whether my dog is a service animal and what tasks he performs. Despite providing my ADA service animal card, I was still refused service. Her demeanor was rude, and it was clear that she was unaware of the laws concerning service animals.

The atmosphere is fantastic, particularly the bar area. The Crab Rangoon and asparagus cream soup were exceptional. The aged ribeye exceeded expectations for a ribeye steak.

We tried Pacific Rim while visiting Hobbs. I ordered take-out and was a little apprehensive about the quality food and condition we would receive. It was perfeCT.......I ordered potstickers, lettuce wraps and pansit. Wish they delivered to Midland, TX.
