Jack's - Hixson

Eating was not the quality we love from jacks. they were made of chicken legs and the breast had zero taste or spice. the lobby was a chaos, but I understand it, everyone is short occupied. I can live with everyone upstairs. I can't live on television with Fox news. if they want to have a television in a restaurant, it should be on something neutral, not the fox news, nor cnn, nor MSNBC...none of them. I'm not going out to hear how terrible this is. it was literally the most depressing meal of my life.

Jacks has great food. My husband and I went there for breakfast and will never go back. When we sat down to eat our breakfast, the tv was on Fox News it’s morning. I don’t want to have to listen to that or CNN in the morning. It’s bad enough that it’s on all day. I asked the lady in the front cleaning tables to turn it to anything but News. How about HGTV? She said she couldn’t turn the channel and it was because corporate said to put it on that channel. I’m glad you’re willing to lose customers over a tv channel.

We love Jack’s ! They have excellent customer service. Their manager responded to our issue and went above and beyond to fix it. It’s our three year olds favorite place to eat!

No matter what location of Jack's we visit, the service and the food are always great! This location has wonderful customer service people and the food was fresh! Nice rocking chairs on the porch too!!!

Last week around Thursday around one, I ordered a BIG BLT on your Texas toast buns. There was a long black hair and a fly inside of my food. I am very disappointed in what this location has turned into. The customer service has diminished, and I most likely will not be returning to this location. I am sorry to say but this restaurant does not know how to train its employees properly. There has also been repeated times where there is no manager in the building and the employees are scrambled trying to do every thing. Value your workers and actually train them correctly. Also repeated times where I’ve seen a guy employee on the sandwich table and I was seated and watching just only one person scramble to do everything. Very disappointed, this store has gone bad.
