Jr’s Family - Hemet

We visited this restaurant on Easter Sunday, and unfortunately, the service was incredibly slow—very, very slow. It felt like the waitress had left her brain at home. However, I must say the food was good, reasonably priced, and appeared clean. The atmosphere was quite comfortable and welcoming to the community. This was our third visit, and the slow service seems to be a consistent issue! I just don’t understand it, especially since there were only two other customers in the place. Perhaps they need to hire better staff? The younger waitress was fine, but she seemed to take on more of a hostess role, only bringing water and menus rather than serving food. It might be a good idea to switch her position with someone else!

I had a positive experience at this restaurant. The mashed potatoes and gravy were delicious, and the corn tasted fresh, like it was just off the cob. The jumbo shrimp was also good. The only downside was that the salad had some brown spots, so we only ate the green parts. However, the staff was very friendly and provided great service. I would definitely return!

This is a lovely family-style restaurant. It's not extravagant, but the service is quick and friendly, the food is flavorful, and the menu offers a wide variety of options at reasonable prices. During my last visit, I had steak and eggs, and it was absolutely delicious.

Great service and good food at a decent price. French dip sandwich and crispy fries for me and pops had the Ham steak dinner with soup and cheese cake. Coffee hot and cup full. I think it's worth your money and check out the hours.

Had the most delicious cheeseburger. You know the kind I'm talking about.... With every bite it brings back the memories of each and every cheeseburger that was juicy, tasty and full of flavor. Do yourself a favor and step back in time with a delicious burger and don't forget the fries..!!
