Panera Bread - Hemet

I absolutely loved the Bistro French Onion Soup—it was delicious and had plenty of delicious cheese pulls! I chose the bread bowl version, and I definitely don't regret it. The Classic Grilled Cheese with Creamy Tomato Soup was also tasty, though the portion was a bit small. Nonetheless, the flavor made up for it. I would definitely order both again!

They didn't have my original order, but what they sent instead was really good. Thank you!

Panera could have contacted me if they were out of something we ordered. We would have appreciated the opportunity to decide on replacements or a refund ourselves!

My Dasher was amazing, the order however, not so great. The salad had the wrong dressing, I ordered extra bread which wasnt included, the Soup was the incorrect/cup size despite paying for the bowl. Overall, disappointing but tasted okay.

However, when I finally left at 11:05 for my next appointment and opened the bag, I found only half of a turkey sandwich (more like a quarter), some mac and cheese, and—frustratingly—no bagel at all! I tried calling twice to address the missing item, but my calls just went unanswered. Now, I’m without my bagel and running 30 minutes late for work.
