Sushi Ray Incorporated - Hemet

This is the best place for sushi rolls in town! As someone who is claustrophobic, I find the restaurant a bit small, which is why I usually opt for take-out. I've never had an issue with my orders; they always get them right. The staff is friendly when I come in to pay. My top three favorite rolls are: 1. Baked lobster rolls, served warm; 2. Basic crunch roll, served cold; and 3. Baked scallop rolls, also served warm. I typically spend around $75 for five rolls. Service: Take-out.

We had a really pleasant experience. All the fish tasted and looked pretty fresh. It wasn’t the best we’ve had but it was really decent. Everything was clean, and the staff was very friendly and attentive. We will definitely return in the future. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch

The waitress was kind and the food was fantastic. My only issue was that it felt a bit warm inside, which made us itch a little since we have eczema. However, the waitress was thoughtful and brought us ice to help with the flare-ups. Next time, I might prefer to order takeout, but perhaps the air conditioning was just not working that day. The food was really excellent, though. As for parking, it's limited and located at the back, but it's to be expected with these older buildings, which are well-maintained. We dined in.
