Safeway Liquor - Healdsburg

I have a child at home, an at-risk family member with diabetes, and an elderly mother who visits us regularly. I want to ensure that I don't unintentionally bring any germs home that could harm my wife, daughter, or mother. Please consider wearing your mask, especially since my child isn't vaccinated yet. The store leaves much to be desired, with prices that are considerably higher than those at other shops. I’ve noticed a number of homeless individuals in the area, and it seems that management isn’t taking any steps to address this issue. My wife has experienced uncomfortable situations on multiple occasions where she had to leave her food behind and get into her car due to unsettling individuals following her around or harassing her. Additionally, the deli isn't very appealing either; you can actually see what you're eating, which isn't a great sign.

Every time I go to Safeway just about your ready-made salads over by the deli department don't have salads made up and I am forced to go to John's market always got salads

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The service was absolutely terrible and incredibly rude, to the point where they almost took away my license. I've ordered from here ten times before, but this was a completely different experience. As a 26-year-old traveling nurse, I was denied the ability to purchase food or alcohol simply because my Arizona license doesn't expire for another 50 years. They disregarded the facts and treated me disrespectfully. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The staff is consistently rude and there's always a high turnover. Save your money and go to Santa Rosa instead!

The woman that helped me in the Pharmacy was extremely helpful and very cheerful. I really appreciate good customer service and wanted to let others know.
