Guiso Latin Fusion - Healdsburg

This restaurant is cozy with beautiful food presentation. The prices are a bit high considering what you receive; for instance, two fish tacos cost $21. We paid $150 for two people (including tip), ordered two appetizers and three entrees, and did not have dessert. I was only just full after the meal (I weigh 115 pounds).

The food at Guiso is always delicious and the staff is welcoming. It's always a great experience dining there.

We enjoyed our visist. It was pretty loud inside, but I can't tell if that's always the case or just because there were some particularly loud people there that evening. I had seen in another review that the dishes are meant for sharing, so they may not come out at the same time. That was good to know (the waitress mentioned it as well). So since we knew that, and we were willing to share, it worked out fine. No complaints. I can say that the fish tacos were delicious. And the paella was also delicious, but perhaps a little soupier that I prefer.

Very lovely evening in downtown Healdsburg. We sat outside, had a lovely table and started with the fantastic salad and the sweet potato fries with the wonderful accoutrements. Then we ordered the Paella and the steak skewers. It was all very good, great flavors! Dessert was the shortbread coconut cake with the gelato! Yum. Thank you Guiso for a great meal!
