Taco Bell - Hasbrouck Heights

Very friendly and helpful staff. I made a mistake on my already placed order and when I brought it to their attention, they were able to help me and resolve the mistake. A staff that goes well above the typical standards for customer service. Jay H

This place has really gone down hill. I stopped in late last night and the food was just terrible. I had to throw half of my food in the trash. The worst was the Cinnobon Delights which are my absolute favorite. They were hard as a rock...the whole 12 pack. Also, when I asked the lady for a few packs of mild sauce, since there was none in the bag, she hands me 2 fist fulls like she was mad I asked. I will NEVER go back.

Only complaint is the tacos are getting more and more expensive and not as filling . Establishment was clean and well lit with beverage dispenser for free refills on dining room. I really like this place and the service was good as well and it's newly renovated with a drive through can't really go wrong .

Ordered new chicken cantina tacos . couldn't even pick up the tacos, what a mess.

The employee went far and beyond.First off I placed my order at the kiosk and came time to pay. Normally I tap my credit card, but it wasn’t working. Also tried to insert my card. It didn’t work. In less than 15 seconds, the employee saw I was having problems and came out there and told me I had to swipe it first and then insert it.The employee was very nice, very courtesy, well spoken, and well mannered.He also apologized to me for the equipment malfunction.He then served me my order, and as always, the food was totally awesome.Keep up the excellent work at this location. It’s the only one I go to.
