Starbucks Ward Street Hamilton

This is a lovely place to sit and enjoy your coffee. Don't forget to take the loyalty card with you or ask the staff if you don't have one, as you can get a free drink after seven purchases. However, I had a rather embarrassing experience with one of the staff members. I brought my own reusable cup that I purchased elsewhere, and she questioned me about the country where it was made. They should know that if you bring your own cup to Starbucks, you receive a discount. I tried to explain to her that I have visited many locations, and no one has ever asked me that—especially since the logo was clearly visible on my cup.

This place is always busy, but the drinks are great! I recently had a delicious spicy cream frappe and enjoyed sitting in the beautifully lit area at the back while I waited. Although the tables were a bit dirty, the staff seemed very busy, and the line was almost silent outside the doors. I do wish they had spelled my name wrong on my cup—I could have turned it into a meme!
