The Picco Tavern - Hackensack

I've been going to piccos for several years now. I even have my baby shower there everyone complimented me on the food it's absolutely amazing my family and I usually have dinner here a couple times a month my favorite is the meatball spaghetti's and calamari I would definitely recommend it everything on the menu Is good

Amazing service and food. I always do delivery and it is fast. Everyone on the phone and drivers are very friendly and profesional. Looking forward to trying their brunch.

So it won't let me upload video of the incidents that accrued today but I'll be contacting the state health department and owner to send the videos that way I go inside picco Tavern politely ask the man if he can wear a mask while he prepares my food he said doesn't have to anymore or he doesn't have one then I try to speak to the manager at the front the gentleman that I have recordings of says he doesn't is not the manager and then another customer coughs and sneezes purposely loudly passing me so I said or you're not gonna handle that calmly and then the guy other customer who knows the man at the desk at 10:12am on 5/1/22 started cursing and screaming at me and then the person in the front does nothing I asked aren't u going to handle that i said u clearly know him u handed him food this to me is beyond unprofessional and I pray it's handled better when contacting the manager or owner. Iv been coming here for years and so has my family I haven't ever thought this place would be this low horrible of a place especially the owners I hope wouldn't want this to accrue I'm very upset and sadden how the all ganged up on me the front person said I came in looking for trouble all I asked politly was could the delay Dept wear a mask and then I asked the man ip front if he could get one they said they didn't have any I said okay and ask if deli man could wear two gloves and change them nicely he started saying don't speak to me I know what to do. the host was at front desk the man cursing at me calling me ugly and fat who walked by me at 10:10 am on 5/1/22 made fake sneezing and coughing while passing me I don't understand how he's involved when I told the man at front desk he said what do u want me to do he left clearly the owners never reply to anyone on yelp ot anywhere else's

Ordering here puts you out, ordered a evening dinner following Picco"s Tavern directions to order by 9:00pm so I did. Shortly after I get a call from Andy only to be told that the kitchen at the deli is cleaned and I am out of luck. I question the refund he proceeded to tell me. It"s on me to call and get a refund. WTF so get charged , no food and out payment till I go figure it out. Nice work Picco"s tavern so much for shopping your local businesses. So disappointed in the service and management here. Customer lost. Thank You

This is a great place. The food is always the best as is the service. It is very rarely crowded. I think the name doesn't do it justice. The resturant and decor are eloquent and spacious. The rooftop area is great on a nice evening and it is heated. It's one of my favorite places.
