10/10 recommend! From the food to the location, atmosphere and service, everything was great! Our server Carlos made amazing suggestions and we loved them all! We ordered the squid ink seafood pasta and the chicken martini entrees. The Eggplant rollatini appetizer was our favorite.Staff was so welcoming. Great music. Can’t wait to come back kid free.
When we came in there were big openings at the bar but not enough seats so we took 2 empty seats from a nearby table there were plenty of empty seats). One of the partners, an older balding gentleman came over very very hostile nd gruffly said the seats are reserved and grabbed my friends bag off the chair. We explained we had a reservation at a high top table and there were so many empty chairs at that time. The younger dark hair gentleman was lovely and got us seats. The whole incident in no way should have been handled so nastily. We have been there many times and we are paying customers. The food is overly salted and mediocre
The cocktails were excellent and so was the bartender. We ordered the hot antipasto for 2 and added a long hot instead of the shrimp as the last time I was there the shrimp tasted like it came right of the freezer. Absolutely no taste..the appetizer was laden in sauce. The only thing good was the calamari! The clams, mushrooms, eggplant and artichoke were tasteless. I 've eaten here before on a Friday. Must be different cooks on off days. Would definitely drink there but not dine there at all..very disappointing..
A women delivery driver with a green Kia soul almost killed my dog delivering food to my building…. I walked out the front door and she sped through my driveway…. Didn’t even apologize, let alone acknowledge my presence, nothing because of this interaction I wouldn’t support this restaurant and I live on prospect Ave. The employees from Picco’s tavern had better hospitality.
