Went here just now for a mobile order. Probably arrived within 10 minutes of placing it. A little early so I didn?t mind waiting? but after about another 15-20 minutes of waiting, watching my order ticket sit there I started to get frustrated. Finally someone asked, ?are you waiting on something?? I pointed to the mobile ordering ticket machine and said, ?yes, is anyone making the mobile orders?!? Only then did they even start to make the order. And then more time goes by? I get my drink and am told there out of the sandwich I ordered. More time to make the sandwich? I thought mobile orders were supposed to be semi fast? I should have just gone through the drive thru, even with a line around the building that would have taken less time. Last time I ever order mobile at this Starbucks. They need to keep track of the mobile orders even when there busy. No one even looked at my ticket for 15-20 minutes and ordered 10 min before that! Ridiculous!!!
We visit this Starbucks often, but I must say, it has the rudest service when there’s a mistake with an order. When I politely ask if they can fix it, the staff's attitude is really off-putting. I’ve been ordering the same drink for 15 years, so I know exactly how it should look and taste. I really dislike sending things back, but when I have to, I don’t expect an attitude in return. All I’m asking for is to receive what I paid for. That's it.
I go get coffee for co workers, and the last two times they have been out of stuff. First time was cream cheese, second was espresso. Is this a coffee shop? How does a coffee shop not have espresso??? How do you sell bagels without cream cheese? Who does this stores orders? They don?t even offer what could be a substitute.
This is the absolute worst Starbucks I have ever been to!! Horrible employees, I mean if you don?t like your job don?t work their!! Haha!! ? Pathetic!! Honestly I would give Dutch 100 stars if I could, at least their employees aren?t snotty little stuck up b words. Anyways my experience was horrible. I went twice, one employee messed up my drink order and when I asked her to fix it, kindly, she rolled her eyes and made faces behind my back, lol, pathetic!! I bet you she took a caca in my drink. Maybe she just didn?t brush her teeth that day either, and she had caca breath. The second time was more decent it was just someone who was more quiet. Anyways, I would consider finding employees who actually enjoy their jobs. Sincerely, Bonnie Winker.
