Dutch Bros Coffee - Green Valley

First time trying Dutch Bros. Was disappointed that they wouldn't put my order in the container I brought with me. Every other place I go does. Starbucks even offers a small discount, I assume to encourage the practice. Coffee was okay but little things affect a decision on where to go. La Posada Java is probably where I'll continue to go (except on Sunday). Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

I love Dutch Bros and I think their drinks are so good. But at this location they way they expect a tip from me makes me uncomfortable. A little while back I ordered a drink and the girl working was so consumed in asking for a tip that she forgot to scan my app. Instead she was asking for a tip and finished the transaction, I asked her to scan my app and she proceeded to tell me it’s my responsibility to remember to get it scanned, which I tried to ask her to scan earlier but she was too busy asking for a tip. Another time I ordered 3 drinks, I told them I’d leave them $1 and the guy said “ really, just a dollar?!” I couldn’t believe he said that, and after he saw the shock on my face he said “ just kidding, thanks. Another time right after scanning my app the barista says to me “ ok I’m going to do a dollar tip, ok?” He didn’t even give me the option to tip. I have an experience like this pretty much every time I come here. I don’t mind tipping, but I only want to tip if I get good service, and I certainly don’t want to be expected to tip. I work really hard for my money and it makes me uncomfortable that they feel they are just entitled to tip themselves. I used to come here daily, now I go once every couple of months maybe
