Manuel's - Green Valley

Clearly a favorite among the locals, this restaurant is a gem. My family brought me here, claiming the food would be excellent, and they were spot on. The chips and salsa were probably the best I've ever had at any restaurant, and the staff was incredibly friendly as well.

I highly recommend visiting this restaurant whenever you get the chance. I recently spent some time with friends in the Tucson area, and they insisted we eat here with them—I'm so glad we did! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the atmosphere at Manuel's was relaxed and inviting. The food was exceptional; it's some of the best Mexican cuisine I've ever had the pleasure of trying. Even now, I'm craving their flat enchiladas (as shown in the photo). A huge thank you to Manuel's for the outstanding food and service! I can't wait to eat here again soon.

I really have to be desperate or feeling lazy to choose this place. If I do end up here, I usually just order from the kids' menu. The prices are incredibly high for the quality of what they call Mexican food. They don't even serve Mexican rice; instead, they offer plain white rice like you'd find in a Chinese restaurant. I will give them credit for being busy, but I think that's because some people simply don't know what authentic Mexican food should taste like. Everyone has different tastes, and they've certainly got their loyal customers, but I’m not one of them!

Delicious food, beautiful atmosphere, nice building, excellent customer service, the music volume is low so you can talk.

I've been here many times. So many delicious things on the menu. Excellent salsa. Great service whether you're dining alone or with a crowd. Take out service is terrific.
