Most of the model homes had bedrooms at the front of the house with large windows, making it easy for passersby to see into your bedroom from the street.

This is one of my favorite active senior communities for those aged 55 and up. My clients really enjoy it!

I had my reservations about this treatment, but I was pleasantly surprised by the results. Initially, I expected it to fail, just like everything else I had tried over the past seven years. Andy took the time to show us around the community and different lots, patiently answering all our questions without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. His primary concern was ensuring we made the best decisions for ourselves. Once we selected a lot and floor plan, he kept us informed throughout the entire building process. We had to return to California to sell our previous home, but we chose to rent in Quail Creek during the last three months of our build. We moved in on April 1, 2021, with our house scheduled for completion in June. Jeff, the Superintendent, was very thorough and took the time to address any questions we had. He kept the construction on track and ensured that all subcontractors met expectations. Thanks to his hard work, the home was finished on June 10, 2021—remarkable given the supply chain and labor challenges resulting from COVID-19. We believe we closed on time largely because of Jeff's efforts. After closing, we met Robert, who ensured everything was in order and handled any issues we raised. On the one-year anniversary of our closing, he organized visits from various subcontractors to check for any problems, fix items we didn't even realize were broken, and ensure our satisfaction with the house. Having built other homes, I can say that the level of follow-up we received from Robson after the closing is quite rare. In summary, I believe this home is the best-built one we've ever had, and I wholeheartedly recommend Quail Creek to anyone interested.
