Whataburger - Grapevine

Yet another frustrating 25-minute wait in line at Whataburger for a cold Whataburger Jr. with cheese! It seems impossible to get a fresh, hot burger at any Whataburger restaurant. They should consider taking it off the menu altogether. I can't help but wish that Whataburger's employees were trained by Chick-fil-A.

The restaurant offers quick service, delicious food, and a very clean environment. I have no concerns about the cleanliness and sanitation standards here. You must try the fried pies - they are exceptional!

This location only allows 2 separate orders through the drive through. Which is fine but then you need to mark everything so you can tell the difference between items when you get your order. We had to look at every burger to find out what was what. Pleasemark them. So you can figure out the orders easier. That's why I gave them a 4 rating. Food was good and hot. I rarely have abad meal at Whataburger and will be back to this location since it's close to my hotel when I'm in town for work. Staff wasfriendly too. Just mark the sandwiches when you bag them up please. There's plenty of parking and fairly easy to get to.

I recently visited the coolest Wataburger location ever, with a decor theme of wild life and boating. The staff even had a guy come to the table to offer sauces. I saw a cashier, possibly a shift leader, being treated poorly by a customer over shakes but she handled it with grace and professionalism. I complimented her afterwards and left a note of encouragement with a heart-shaped $2 bill I had been given in a similar situation #payitforward. She truly deserves recognition and a raise for her excellent job. Unfortunately, I didn't catch her name to include here. I posted a video of this lovely location on my TikTok @hilbug333.

Wow! Best Biscuit Rancho had in very long time! Fresh and the jalapeños are actually in the egg! Delicious and hot! Will recommend every time to have breakfast here!
