Emperor Asian Restaurant - Goulburn

I have never been one to write a negative review, but I have never been so disappointed with a restaurant's service and food. From the moment we arrived, we were very let down. The service was poor from the start and it felt as though we were not welcome. Despite waiting almost an hour for our food, our three meals arrived separately, with at least 10 minutes between each dish. We were not provided with any cutlery, so we had to ask and then move to another table. To make matters worse, we were served the wrong food - our duck ended up with someone else and was half eaten before we realized the mistake. One of the items we ordered did not match what was described on the menu. Despite the menu stating to ask about any dietary requirements, the waitress was not helpful at all and made us feel like we were inconveniencing them. Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

I liked the honey glazed shrimp and fried rice, but the green curry chicken was not as good as I had hoped.

This Chinese restaurant in the city is excellent, and the service is top-notch!

The food was delicious, highly recommend the laksa. The staff were very friendly and food was delivered promptly. Restaurant interior design is modern and clean. After an 8 hour drive, we were so excited to find this place for dinner.

Dinner out for our anniversary & having looked at the reviews on TripAdvisor we went here. Very nice, big portions, we both started with Short Soup (yummy on a cold night), big bowl with 6 wontons, then we ordered Coconut King Prawns & Deep Fried Duck with Plum sauce, one small boiled & one small fried rice. All very tasty but we could not eat it all & took home 3 take away containers full. Service & decor was great as well, would recommend.
