Well decorated and everyone was friendly from host to server. The portations were perfect for price and filled us right up. We were satisfied with quality and love that they do rotating specials here.
Let me tell you about my experience....I was in the area for an NCAA Region Wrestling Tournament. Families and wrestlers (who were staying next door at the Courtyard Marriott) met there. I traveled 6 hours from NJ to see my son compete so this time together would be limited. I was greeted rudely by TWO hostesses who each told me it would be a 2-3 hour wait for a table of 15. I waited by the door for more families to show to get an idea what our next steps would be. I was told I could not wait by the door. So, we decided to get a table and then wait to see what happened. Within 10 minutes, the other families were able to get a table. I went to the hostess stand and another woman told me I could join them and bring a table over. When I went to do just that, ANOTHER worker (this is 4 people now) told me it was a fire hazzard and the whole table would have to move to make us able to sit together. So, I returned to my table. I asked to see the manager who came to the table...he talked over me and didn 't listen at all to my experience thus far. He said he would talk to the server and try to do something. We ate, drank, and tipped our waiter CHAD well. NOTHING was done to our bill...not a free appetizer...NOTHING. So, after we finished eating (now keep in mind my son was in the other room at a table I could NOT join). I went to go see him and say goodbye. The server CHAD came up to my husband and son (who went to say goodbye to his dad) and said something about us having trouble with management and that no means no....are you going to teach your boy that? This server showed NO respect for a customer after getting a good tip (because his service was fine until this point). I am shocked that my husband didn 't say more than for him to enjoy his tip. I have NEVER been so disrespected, treated so poorly EVER!! The hostesses, the two other women (no clue what their job was), manager and server treated us like they didn 't want us there from the moment we stepped through the door. I later found out that other families were disrespected as well. Meanwhile the bill for their table was over $700. Why would you not want that kind of business? I have been to breweries all over the east coast and I have never been so poorly treated. I am disgusted....will never buy your beer or go to any of your locations EVER. And, I will tell as many people as I can about this experience as possible.
This is one of our favorite local places. Comfortable, friendly, good food, and excellent beer. It's a little loud at times but that can be expected as you're actually in the brewery. There are picnic tables, regular tables, and hightops and a bar to sit at. You get to see the open fire pizza oven and the kitchen is open enough to watch your food being cooked. In the summer there's two outdoor patios that are great to sit at. Huge windows bring in tons of light. The pizzas are great. One of the best crusts I've ever had, and a variety of toppings, including a build your own pizza if there's not something specific on the menu that you want. Great burgers and other food as well. If you're driving by and looking for a good place to eat, this is it.
We really enjoy the spot. Warm and welcoming, casual but open. Pizza is actually really good, they do an awesome job on the crust. And of course the beer.
Ok. I've eaten way to many cheeseburgers in my life admittedly. We spent many years in Fl. and have traveled extensively, and I have eaten a few cheeseburgers. I have had the brisket cheeseburger several times now at Sebago Brewery. This burger is one of top one or two I have ever had period. The wedge fries are equally as good.
