Orchard Ridge Farm - Gorham

My family had a great visit on a Friday night that included live music! and we enjoyed buying excellent local products!

This place was good before, but the new owners have made improvements by jumping and bordering! the open house last weekend was an absolute success many families enjoy good music, great eating and great sellers. her farm offers many fresh and local food eggs, goat cheese, cakes, sauces, preserves, jams and pickles. Look at it!

Updated review: my review changed from a star to 5 stars. the new property is the best thing that could happen to this farm. they get 100% my queen permission. thanks to many that they make the farm a welcoming space for everyone. I'm looking forward to coming back soon.

This obstgarten, not far from portland, is the most beautiful location with rolling hills and well marked rows of apple trees. the trees are small and the fruits hang low for easy picking. I only love the diversity of the apples they sell and enjoyed the opportunity to fall in love with new ones. (golden russians. so ugly and yet so tasty the goats, chickens, pigs and courtesy are an additional pleasant note on the friendly staff. I liked it so much, I went first september and came back end of oktober.

Absolutely stunning location! This was my first time ever going apple picking, and it was a very memorable autumn experience! My husband and I left with a big bag full of apples, tomato basil sauce, apple butter, and maple syrup, and bought two cups of hot mulled cider as well (which was the best I've ever had I'll be sure to visit again when we come back to Maine next fall mostly for that cute dog they've got running around!
