Hello, I just wanted to say thank you to the girls that closed on June 6th. I had a really hard day and those girls heard me out and were there for me and I really appreciate them!!Food: 5/5

Completely unprofessional. Terrible management. They treat their girls like they are disposable, only keeping the ones they like. They love to play favorites here. Avoid this location at all costs.

I love this place! The only problem is the wait times at every location. That is what prevents me from giving a perfect score on service. Not because of the baristas!This location won't allow online ordering at this point in time and I haven't been inside to review that honestly.Parking: Small Hannaford strip mall area. Lots of stops and traffic from all sides. Pay attention to foot traffic as well.

Honestly wouldn't recommend this location unless you're only getting a rush, and even then the consistency sub-par at best.One of the baristas added a $2 tip to my card but still told me the total without the tip. I asked for the receipt because I saw the charge and she said she couldn't find it, so I asked another girl and she found it rather quickly. I only wanted the $2 refunded and they refunded the entire order which was nice, I guess.That was the final nail in the coffin for this location to me.

Had to wait 15 minutes for a coffee and microwaved sandwich, two days in a row. not only was the wait slightly agitating, but both sandwiches were overcooked and the two coffees, both normal lattes, tasted vastly different. the staff was rude and looked confused as to why I was waiting for more food, even going as far to ask you 're not waiting on anything else are you? while they were actively forgetting to make my sandwich. While eating and enjoying the subpar, outdated Wi-Fi, they cranked Barbie Girl the 00 's pop song, up to 11 store wide. every customer in the store was angered by this. after I asked them, politely, to turn it down, they did no such thing, even elevating the volume in the corner I was sitting. as a restaurant, this aroma joes is awful. go to mister bagel across the street. they 're a local business that always treats their customers with respect and serves them edible food. also, their staff isn 't a bunch of stuck up over worked baristas who think it 's cool and funny to anger your customers not just with low quality food/drink, or unnecessarily long wait times, or blatant disrespect and hostility towards their local, high school aged (I 'm 18) customers. please avoid at all costs
